ATTENTION: The following Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and installation of services provided by MoWraps, including but not limited to Color Change Wraps, Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coating, Window Tinting, and Detailing Services. It is important to accurately report all information related to your vehicle’s condition.
LIMITED WARRANTY: MoWraps extends to our customers a 90-Day Limited Warranty for all defects or installation errors, which cover lifting, peeling, wrinkles, and bubbling. Any accidental damage, road hazard damage, or normal wear and tear of the vehicle wrap or PPF is not covered under the Limited Warranty. (Further warranty conditions, voidance clauses, and claim instructions included.)
PROPER CARE FOR YOUR VEHICLE WRAP OR PPF
Guidelines for washing, cleaning, and maintaining your wrap or PPF to preserve quality and warranty coverage.
Hand wash only with pH-neutral soap.
Avoid pressure washing and chemical agents.
Use only microfiber towels for drying.
Do not use automatic car washes.
Wraps are recommended only for vehicles <5 years old with factory paint.
DISCLAIMER: MoWraps does not guarantee that wraps or PPF will not cause paint damage. All liability for potential damage is waived by the customer upon installation.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: MoWraps’ liability is strictly limited to the amount paid. MoWraps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of income, data, or business.
DISASSEMBLY AND REASSEMBLY: Some parts may need to be removed for installation. Although care is taken, MoWraps is not liable for broken clips or sensors, nor will it reset any error codes or dash lights triggered during disassembly
ALL SALES FINAL – NO REFUNDS: All purchases are final. In cases of payment reversal after installation, MoWraps may pursue legal action to recover the full amount, including legal fees.
FINISHED PRODUCT NOTICE: While MoWraps aims for the highest quality, small imperfections such as dust, squeegee marks, or minor bubbles may occur and are considered standard within the industry.
